Peak Season

An important update regarding our delivery services during Peak Season and to offer guidance on planning your upcoming shipments. We are currently experiencing delivery pressure across all areas of our operations.


Local deliveries are running behind schedule, and national deliveries are exceeding standard lead times. This is largely due to a number of factors, including:

●Unusually high freight volumes, which are impacting departure schedules.

●Ongoing delays on major roadways, such as the N3, due to construction, accidents, and congestion.

●A backlog in our Pinetown depot, stemming from the above issues.

Additionally, line hauls are currently bumping freight, meaning that some shipments may be delayed in order to accommodate higher-priority loads. We understand that these delays can be frustrating, and we are working diligently to improve our service levels.


To assist you in planning your deliveries, please note the following:

Confirmation is required for all ONX and next-day deliveries, including local deliveries, before commitment.


Please be aware of these challenges and allow for additional time when planning orders.
